Instructions
- Simply click on the link below to download the support utility.
- Once downloaded you can then run the application.
- You then need call us on 01900 821 628 to give us your unique User ID and Password.
- We can then remotely control your PC to assist you.
How does it work?
Once run, the utility will have built-in instructions to connect to our agents. Once you give us your unique generated User ID and Password, we can then remotly access your computer to assist you with your problems.
Is it Safe?
Completely! The Remote Support Utility will only establish a connection once you have told us your User ID and Password. The connection is also encrypted to make it secure. The utility can only connect to Wombat Web Design and nowhere else. A unique User ID and Password is generated every time it is used. Once the connection has finished simply close the program to close the connection.
